We are getting closer to what we, in Sweden, call Semlatider (time for Semla) …
This means that the whole of Sweden will eat this traditional Swedish pastry all around the clock. The Semla – a small, wheat flour bun, flavoured with cardamom and filled with almond paste and whipped cream – has become something of a carb-packed icon in Sweden.
There is an old saying in Sweden that gingerbread makes you kind and gentle. And that is also the premise for Christmas at Wayne’s Coffee, which is built around the special product Gingerbread Latte!
A nicer latte.
Do you also love the taste of freshly made sandwiches? At Wayne’s, you have the chance to enjoy Swedish fika the way you like it.
Fresh & hot pastries varying from pain au chocolat, croissants and organic chocolate muffin, readily available for our guests early morning.
