Fika is a concept, a state of mind, an attitude and an important part of Swedish culture. It means making time for friends and colleagues to share a cup of coffee (or tea) and a little something to eat. Many Swedes consider that it is almost essential to make time for fika every day.
During this time of the year, we aim to produce an environment and culture of cheerfulness & joy. Hence the term, “Merry Fika”.
We aim to enlighten the atmosphere in our coffee shops whilst crafting our new Gingerbead Latte; our premise for Christmas at Wayne’s Coffee. Not only is it Organic, refreshing and warm. As we’ll say in Sweden, it is also a drink that’ll make you kind and gentle. A season of change.
Latte Gingerbread Cake is made of espresso, skim milk and gingerbread, topped with creamy cream. It is also a perfect combo for gingerbread-balls, mini-baked goods and the freshly baked lussebull.

Christmas is a perfect time to care a little extra about each other and the environment. To do our part we have made our cups grass based. In this way, less energy is used in manufacturing, which is good for both the environment and the planet.
